I wanted to order my new bedroom set last week before I left for holidays so I went to the Structube website and filled out the order details only to be met with a "Declined + *" message. The Ottawa store had no idea what could be the problem and suggested phoning the 'online store' who also had no idea and no suggestions to offer. They didn't seem to care in the least as far as I could tell. I tried from another computer, my husband also tried - all the while getting the same annoying error message. In the end I had to drive to the Ottawa store and give them my order and credit card in person. My credit card company had meanwhile noticed this activity and blocked my card. Not a great way to start my holiday!!!! Had to put a deposit off another account and straighten things out with VISA. After getting a routine "how was our service" follow up I sent in my reply only to be given a generic brush off answer (they didn't ask what error message I received or indeed solicit any info). This is my first dealing with your company and I dislike having my time wasted and feel that my business is of no importance. Customer service is EVERYTHING in todays competitive market. These surveys and follow ups don't matter if no one cares what feedback you are getting. Colour me disgruntled! Laura Snyder Ottawa 613-256-7906
