We had very high hopes about the quality of Structube products. However we have received damaged products (i.e. Sofa and dining table). Because of the nuisance of reserving elevator, assembling all the furnitures again, we did choose to receive rebate but this also took couple days. During those days I had to be the active one keeping up with the rebate process. We really liked the furnitures but I believe Structube should work on decreasing damaged furnitures being delivered as well as customer service.
