Bought Dresden Table and 4 Salem chairs; 3 of he chairs had a clear material wrinkling defect and the table extension support was weak. Structube initially refused to exchange the chairs claiming they would automatically smooth out; an impossibility since the material was sewn incorrectly at manufacture time. After calling head office they accepted to exchange the chairs and now since they are out of stock I will have to go and pick them up at the store. I had to send pictures and emails which was time consuming. Not very satisfied with the after sale service.
