I purchase a futon and it came damaged. I called and emailed head office. No one has contacted me yet from head office regarding the replacement. This is my first experience with structube and it has not been good. Head office service is not good. I called the store yesterday and the manager seems to be more helpful. I kept my end of the deal and paid for the flow futon in full plus delivery. Structube has not kept their end of the deal and provided me with a futon that is not damaged. These items should be checked in the warehouse. My son has had to sleep on a mattress in the floor because Structube head office does not feel it is necessary to correct this problem in a timely manner. Very disappointed customer. I am in customer service and I know that when customers have a good experience they may not tell anyone but when the have a bad experience they tell everyone. All I am looking for is what I paid for. The process for a replacement has been very frustrating.
