By chance we went into your store in Kitchener looking for a sturdy sofa. The staff on duty were very helpful showing us the various sofas in a very thoughtful and effective 'low key' manner. They were very thorough and very knowledgeable regarding their product and service. Delivery was prompt (as promised). It was truly a pleasure to have dealt with all levels of staff. You can be justifiably proud of the staff at all levels of selling an excellent product.
