Manny and his crew were outstanding. His first guy on site had windows covered to prevent any damage. Tarps were layed across flower beds, the full length of the deck and from the edge of the house out 6-8 feet on all sides to catch any debris. All was ready to go for when the rest of the crew arrived on site. As they arrived everyone knew there duties for the day. The crew worked well together, knew each other's moves and Mannys full expectations. Manny worked along side of the crew. When he talks to his crew he speaks with respect and as an equal. When I climbed up to the roof myself to speak with Manny the crew jump to help me and ensure I was safe. The clean up was out of this world. They covered the driveway and walked the whole lawn on all sides of the house with a magnet for nails. I searched and searched determined that I would find one but no luck. The job was truly outstanding the roof looks magnificent with comments from neighbours "who did your roof". Manny took the time to look at our next project a bathroom Reno before leaving.
