The chair is nice, cheaply made though for 200.00. strings hanging down, leg has a scuff on it, buttons are not in perfect alignment. I find some of the rules of this company ridiculous - like if you buy a floor model of anything - theres no discount (if you buy a throw pillow from the floor you shouldnt pay full price UNLESS you are also willing to take it back on a return, otherwise a 30% discount should be given for floor merchandise. Everything needs to be ordered - and many times out of stock, the staff doesnt help you out of the store to load your items, i find the staff on 17th ave location, especially the one who I think is a manager - very snobby all 3 times ive been in the store.... There is lots of room for improvement.
