I have always had great service from Leaside Plumbing and this was no exception. They are one of those service providers that puts their clients first. Rick epitomized the culture. He is highly knowledgeable, patiently explained the issues and solutions (including offering a lower cost option that was of similar quality), was on time, efficient, kept the workspace very clean (during and left it so afterward) and very friendly. He even provided me helpful advice on other work I have been considering. I would definitely recommend Leaside Plumbing.

I knew from the quoting process alone that we had the right painter. Gareth considered every detail to address significant drywall repairs, numerous cracks and water damage to ensure excellent work that would last for years to come. We also saw his integrity in balancing our priorities with our limited budget without compromise on quality. The workmanship was absolutely first class with previous damage completely indistinguishable. The pride in their craft was clear with the hours spent on preparation of the surfaces. This was also evident when Gareth was dissatisfied with the original plan to paint one wall in a room and elected to paint the entire room at no additional charge to make sure it was right. It was a nice added touch that the team acted as movers in carefully moving our furniture and returning it after the work was complete - they even took photos to ensure everything went back in the right place. Anything left in a room was carefully covered and they were very respectful in removing their shoes and keeping our house clean throughout the process. We had the added dynamic of having our 170 lb Saint Bernard constantly trying to play with Liam but they all dealt with that in stride and fortunately we didn't have a "Beethoven" incident. I would highly recommend the English Painter to anyone.

Jerome the repairman came to our house to look at our dishwasher and clearly didn't know what he was doing. They told me it would cost $85 to come to the house then after a few minutes told me it would cost $320 to "run the diagnostics" on three different components. This felt like a bait and switch but I agreed as I wanted to get it repaired. Then I was told after he removed the components that the valve was broken and the circulating pump as well. The pump needed to be ordered so I agreed. They came back and said the new pump was broken. They did not replace the parts but left it unfinished and shut off the valve under the sink. Even though it was clear the shut-off valve was leaking they didn't replace the components but instead just left a rag -clearly he saw the leak. Then he closed it all up and left. A day or two later the hardwood floor in our kitchen buckled and we found a pool of water under the dishwasher. We called over and over asking someone to come out and got the run around. The supervisor Tony (who seemed like a good guy) admitted that it was their fault and indicated we needed a plumber to repair the leak. He did not reinstall the components to protect against the leak but with a big bowl under it we were OK until we could get a plumber. Our floor was completely fine before they came and now is ruined (hardwood buckled all around it) and they refuse to do anything to compensate us. The only offer they had was to repair the dishwasher without charging us. Thanks very much we save $300 on installation and we have $5,000+ in damage to our floor. Our only recourse is to sue them. Apparently they have a whole department set-up to deal with these issues - that says a lot in itself. There are reviews all over the internet on these guys and I have been told by other repairmen we have contacted that they will not service work after Appliance Repairman have been involved because they have a history of using faulty parts. I'm kicking myself for not checking it out with HomeStars before. It shows the benefit of this website which I have used to great success before. Absolutely disgusting that we can be treated this way. My wife found a 2014 article in the Toronto Star on them and they are still doing the same thing. I hope CityTv can track them down. No one should ever use them. They should be shut down. BBB rated them an "F". I feel very foolish for ever hiring them. Disaster!!!!!!

The team arrived on time, worked very hard, took great pride in their work and made sure I was happy with the work. Great attention to detail and even did some extra work that I needed but hadn't requested as part of the deal.

Integrity is the perfect name for this company. From start to finish the attention to detail and the quality of the work was exceptional. The price was fair and highly competitive but there was no one who came close to the time spent in identifying issues and determining solutions during the quoting process. Cameron crawled all over the roof inside and out and was extremely thorough. We took great comfort in the evaluation process that the roof would end up being completed perfectly given the level of diligence undertaken. The work was equally impressive. Shay is a rare individual in this day and age. The pride he takes in the work of his team, his attention to every detail, the time he takes to explain every element of the project, every challenge that arises and his creative solutions for the complexities we faced with multiple pitches, flat roofs etc. were really great. The team was courteous and efficient. A small army descended on our house and completed everything in a few days. In the end the project looks fantastic. Shay made certain that we were completely satisfied with the work. There were even parts that he identified as needing repair that he insisted were completed (at no additional charge) to ensure the work was done right. I can't remember a time when that happened to me before. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofers.

The repairman was highly professional and efficient. He arrived exactly on time, explained the work required, maintained a clean workspace and completed the work on a timely basis.
