The front and back yards both needed to be brought up to grade. There was very little maintenance done previous to their arrival, and there were overgrown shrubs, debris (wood & gravel), bricks, dirt patches (missing grass) throughout both areas. LANDcoLIVING cleaned up, re-graded and installed new sod. They were professional, organized and tidy throughout the job and kept in communication when unforeseen delays arose. I already plan to have them back next year to replace the fence!
