This is a horrendous company to deal with. They took 3 months to deliver a fridge that was supposed to take 2 months (max) to deliver. It was over 1 month after the date they promised. They even told me it would be closer to 4 weeks but was delivered in 12 WEEKS! imagine. It having a fridge for that amount of time. Nightmare to deal with! They make excuses, they do very little to help you out. In the end hey gave me a crappy "loaner" fridge for the last week but that made very little difference. Also be warned their delivery windows are an entire day. So be prepared to take a day off work in order to have something delivered. I've been dealing with them for years, but they have now lost my business for life.
