Abdul and his partner were great communicators and worked very hard to make the move a success. The job ended up being more complicated than anticipated, and they rose to the challenge. We underestimated the scope of the job, with some unanticipated disassembly of large antique furniture. No problem. Brandon and Abdul did not appear to take any breaks, although nothing felt rushed. They made sure everything was clear and well planned ahead of time, which we appreciated. They are very polite, and took the time to properly assess before each step. Very highly recommended. We would certainly hire them again!

We were very pleased with the new duct work. The team was prompt and very consultative. They worked quickly and the work seems to be good quality. Money well invested.

Replaced all our home windows with Andersen all-weather windows. The product is excellent, and the price was great. But there was SO much confusion with our order. Poor initial measurements meant the problems with installation, one window on the front of our house has a different colour flashing around it, and a casement window arrived as a fixed window that we couldn't open. In most instances, Dundas corrected the problems, and they even compensated us financially for some errors. They seem honest but perhaps not a "sure thing" if you want it right the first time.

Working with the Reno Coach was the best decision we could have made. Reiner is dependable, honest and very clear about expectations and plans. I recommend him without hesitation. The project was very well organized, and he helped identify as many DIY opportunities as reasonably possible for us to save money. The contractors that he works with are also reliable and very professional. Even though the fees for the Reno Coach add another expense line, the overall savings are indisputable. And the project was completed in a timely and comparatively stress-free manner. Highly recommended.
