I had work done a bay window ,door,and bedroom window done . They did a beautiful job ìt all looked so nice . About a year later I noticed the wall was cracking under the bay window in the inside of the house . Called them and they came out .fixed it and seemed the problem was fixed . Noticed it was cold by the window called them and they couldn't find my file . I needed it fixed but my husband having an anorysm (brain) put it on the back burner found bill and they told me they would get back to me . Noticed their sign around the corner from us and still never heard from them really disappointed we are seniors and need to have efficient windows to keep our heating bill in line with our budget . Calgary seems to be in sync and cares .Edmonton needs to do some serious revamping .also front door won't stay closed unless locked when windy .
