The builder of my house had pre-wired some equipment but not all doors and windows were connected to the system. There was a lack of connection table/diagram so putting the system to work would have to take considerable time and patience. On the day of the scheduled installation, Michael showed up and took the time to identify each wire then installed the new hardware to work with the legacy system. After the installation I requested a service certificate to present to the insurance company and Steven Fishman got this done within one day, super speedy efficiency.
