We really feel we lucked out when discovering Scott. We are new pool owners since buying our home in the winter, and just called him to help show us how to open our pool. When it was discovered that our pump and filter were cracked and our salt system totally wrecked by the previous owner not winterizing it, Scott took so much time to explain our options and actually showed us in detail the damage. He went wayyyy beyond the call of duty and came back three times there was so much work needing to be done. His plumbing is spotless and very professional. He even cleaned up old recycling under and around the deck left by the previous owners and raked the sand so it looked lovely. His work is impeccable and I'm fairly picky, but he is pickier and it sure shows. He is honest, charming, friendly, VERY skilled and knowledgeable and made the whole process totally painless and fun too. His prices just cannot be beat. We were charged so little for so much we almost feel badly- a thousand for parts and labour including pump, filter system, labour, materials, chemicals, follow up details, instruction, emails, pictures , warranties and so much more. He tells you how to save money at every turn and is as honest as the day is long. We told him to make himself at home when we left for a few hours with the door unlocked but he just kept working through despite the heat and humidity. If you want incredible service, highly skilled work that looks amazing, and an experience that leaves you relieved, hire Scott. We are inviting him to our next pool party. We would recommend nobody else!!!! We just wish he did more than pools and hottubs so we could hire him for everything around the home. This is the cream of the crop company!!!!!We both are putting his card on our workplace bulletin boards.
