Last fall we were researching the idea of replacing windows in our 20 year old home, we had a few estimates including one from Vinyl Pro. Out of all the estimates we received, the only company that went out of their way to explain the differences in the different windows such as double pane, triple pain, foam filled, etc. was the representative from Vinyl Pro. We received a thorough education on the Do's and Don’t, and what we should expect when replacing windows; whether it was by Vinyl Pro or from another window company. They explained in detail what they do when installing the window and what difference that makes. Quality of the installation is the key to the window functioning to it’s potential. The quality of the window was never in question, but we were more concerned with the workmanship and whether or not they would stand behind their windows and their workmanship. Last fall we had 2 bedroom windows installed to see what we thought of the window quality, and last weekend (May 28th) we had another 7 windows installed. I would only recommend Vinyl Pro to anyone interested in changing their windows, and in a month our new front door will also arrive and be installed, and in the fall we will replace the remaining 5 windows in our home.
Vinyl Pro are very professional and take excellent pride and care in satisfying the customer, their team that installs the windows were courteous and kind, they were respectful of our home and extremely polite.
