Romaniuk heating provided a quote in May 2017 and honoured it for the September install. They removed my 35-year-old Lennox monster furnace and replaced it with a size more fitting for my 845 sq ft house. The furnace installers completed the replacement with efficiency: chimney liner, fresh air runs, created a fresh/cool air intake on the lower floor and installed carbon monoxide detectors on two floors as well as a digital thermostat. The staff were friendly and when the install was complete went over the basics of maintenance, filter replacement and a week later everything was working well and the replacement passed inspection.
