They’d promise to have a walkthrough for 1 yr warranty to check everything is ok, Our 1 year warranty expired last Sept 26, 2017, before that we have a list of warranty concern need to be done and address before our anniversary, they never replied back and I tried to call and email to follow up but no response. Were so dissapointed because pacesetter forget and ignored you after your warranty
