My washer didn't work, i googled all the ways i could fix it online but nothing i did would work. I called all the plumbers/appliance people i found in the phone book and he was the only one who could get there quickly and not charge me an arm and a leg. Turns out that a piece of clothing went between the drum and the motor and he fished it out for me.
