Rony was very prompt in replying to my request for service (within an hour), and arrived later that morning! He diagnosed both issues quickly, ordered parts, and explained everything clearly. 5 days later, he called to set up the repair appointment - parts in hand. He arrived promptly, completed both tasks - the fridge was quite extensive - and left within 2 hours. Both visits, parts, labour and taxes was around $800. I appreciated that he was an 'honest guy', problem solved and communicated effectively, stuck to his word, got everything completed in good time. I highly recommend Rony!
