We have had our Deluxe Alarm installed for 4 years now and it has been a very good experience as we have had no problems with the alarm. In regards to their customer service and my experience in dealing with them, I am very satisfied as I had to retrieve my contract from Deluxe Alarms and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and prompt in getting back to me, and they explained the details of the contract agreement so I understood exactly what it covers.
