Chose the King of Floors based on price. He was about 2 dollars a square cheaper than any local source and even with shipping to the island I saved a bundle. We contacted them for samples and they mailed them over in a couple of days. We will be checking with them again for our next project for sure.
New countertop and sink installation
We are very happy with the finished product we got from Colonial. Well built and expertly installed. They even installed the new sink and tap set for us. Nice work.

Fall arrest anchor and vent installation
Wanted an attachment point for fall arrest gear to make gutter cleaning and roof maintenance easier and safer. Also, needed a couple vents installed for a planned kitchen and washroom exhaust. Service was fast, professional and all done next day. Can't beat that.
