Overall experience from start to finish is great. Levi was instrumental for selecting the company for the windows project. He provided the details estimation immediately. Nordik also assisted to have energy audit. After signing the contract, company kept me engaged about the status of the order. Installation date was planned as promised. On the installation date, both of the crew members were right on time, explained all the work they will be carrying. Both were professional and friendly, nice and clean job at the end.

I connected Furnace AC Experts through RONA to upgrade Furnace and AC. Asif called, understood what I was looking for and sent proposal promptly. Subsequently in result of energy audit recommendation, the Heat Pump was planned instead of AC. Again, Asif provided revised proposal swiftly and later explained all the details. He was also helpful to signup the contract with RONA. After greenlight from me, installation date was confirmed for couple of days later. Installation team (Jean & Osamah) were social, proficient and methodical and performed neat and professional job. Both explained in layman terms instead technical whatever clarification I had, Great!. I was pleased with the timeliness and openness of the company and installation team to manage an unanticipated situation during the installation of the Heat Pump. I contracted Color master for job of 5 doors which were not closing properly and some adjustments and painting to the patio stairs. Simply these guys were great, reviewed and analyzed the problem. Precisely customized solution was devised based on the condition of each door e.g cutting, sanding etc. They were ready to listen and act on suggestions. They had gone extra mile to fix any minor damage.

Purpl has performed 2 jobs for me recently (Bathroom fans discharge move out of the attic to the soffit) and (Duct/Vent installation). Agon called and inquired the initial details and provided a competitive estimate. Duct install was a difficult and tricky and he shown his professionalism and both the jobs were done to my satisfaction. Agon was responsive and transparent at each step. I was looking for a remedy to mess created by a contractor for the backyard patio. Carlos visited, practically observed the problem and then made recommendation e.g. to have better concert cuts to protect the overall lifetime and to deal with the problem. He explained pros and cons of each without hiding the facts. He and crew appear on time and did a great job. He was open for discussion, suggestions and made few adjustments. Post job completion, demoed the difference before and after without hiding the problem areas.

A light and couple receptacles were to install in the backyard. Mansour discussed the project details. Showed up in time and performed a wonderful job. He dealt innovatively with a complicated situation and very narrow space of outlet. I found him courteous and friendly individual dedicated to finish the job in timely manner and without cutting corner.

Sam called to know more about the job details/site. After getting the details he recommended the best options for me rather making some bucks for him. His honesty and professionalism is commendable.
