My previous furnace was condemned due to rusting and I was required to replace it. I contacted Furnace King and spoke with Sandip. He visited and provided a quote. He explained the pros and cons of various Furnaces and A/Cs. We had some very informative discussions regarding our requirements and the models recommended and made our selection. The technicians visited on the appointed day. Did the installation and provided me with instructions as to what to do in case of a problem. Sandip also suggested doing a home audit and provided the name of the company to do the audit. The audit having been done, we followed the suggestions of the auditor. The result was we received a rebate of $ 1400.00. Thanks a lot Sandip. Beginning with Sandip, all the personnel that came over to do the job were very good and courteous.

I ordered a 12 pack of furnace filters. The delivery was promised on 18th Feb. It was made on February 28th. I was supplied filters with absolutely no markings on them although the product that is advertised is shown with Pure Filter markings as well the grade of filter. I called and left several messages for Nadir who claimed to be the owner to complain about the product supplied. However despite several phone calls an emails I have yet to receive return call.
