My furnace stopped working yesterday before the onset of a huge winter storm. I tried calling many heating companies and I either received no response to my voicemails or was told they couldn't come out in the storm. I swear by homestars so decided to check the site and found Spring Home. When I called, Sheryl was not only empathetic but also thorough in ensuring I got the earliest appointment and provided me with details on the technician, estimated time of arrival and even called me before to confirm the appointment. Kevin (technician) was the consummate professional. He was educated on the issue, courteous and efficient - all qualities I hold in high regard as a consumer. He fixed my furnace, provided a detailed invoice for my records and even gave me a synopsis on next steps in maintenance. The weather was brutal and driving conditions were worse but Kevin came out from Markham to Pickering regardless. Just when I thought the service could not be topped, Sheryl called me to follow up on the service experience and to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I have very high standards when it comes to service and do not rate the experience highly very often because most times it's not or at the most mediocre.
