I requested a painter; through HomeStars; to paint a very high skylight in a two storey house. Surg contacted me right away, came to look at the job and within a day of looking at it he had it DONE! Surg promised hed do his best since it was very high and he did not disappoint. Surg went way above just painting, he also caulked around the window while he was there. This family run company is excellent for heating and cooling! Chris, our salesman, was honest, personable and efficient. He gave me a quote, did all the paperwork for the rebate program, set up the appointment for the install, explained everything I needed to know about my new system, and included all the costs. No hidden fees, I like that! The two fellows that came to install knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, well organized, got the job done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and kept everything neat. The energy audit was done and now I'm going to get back over $1700 towards my furnace! My home is now warm and my new furnace is working great, I can't wait to start up my AC. I had called with a question regarding the defrosting process and James answered my question without coming over and charging me a service fee, he was right on the mark with his answer. When my fridge did need service I called The Appliance Dr, his service fee was lower then most, he fixed the problem reasonably and quickly. I have positive things to say about The Appliance Dr and would recommend their services to anyone.
