Laurel in Cloverdale

I purchased a 6 burner gas heritage Elmira stove, and was told it was a self cleaning oven. After it was completely installed (huge unit)we discovered it was not self cleaning. I phoned back to our salesman, and he admitted he had been wrong in telling us it was self cleaning. He then said they would exchange the unit, in a few weeks. What followed was different excuses and delays that took one full year. At the year point of time, Harvey's just totally changed their story and said "we are not doing anything for you". I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and discovered they already had an unsatisfactory rating, and my complaint would be added to that. Harvey's salesman then misappropriated the truth to the BBB, totally changing the facts. BBB suggested we take it to court, but at that point we just threw in the towel and have told everyone since how bad Harvey's is!
