Before you hired him (Luis) please do some digging on his past work. Beware this guy always run away not finishing his work-and take your money. He will keep promising scope of work to be finished on scheduled and take advance payment. He run away with our money, not finishing the job in his contract. Here are some unfinished work (photos) he left in our house. Attached some of the photos in our house that are unfinished. We tried contacting him but he blocked our number and not answering our calls. Installation of Doors & Windows (included in the Contract) cannot proceed due to his failure of paying the Supplier.
