I engaged Lovett for a rekeying on move in. No fuss, no muss, he got it done quickly and effectively. I am fascinated by locks myself, so he was happy to explain his work to me, which made it a very interesting experience. He clearly knew his stuff. We had one complication which he took back to his shop and returned the same day. He got all my locks onto one single key, which was a first for me in home ownership. No crap about my COVID precautions either, which I am grateful for. Highly recommended. .

I searched for a post-reno cleaner on homestars & selected Squeaky because they handled all the issues I needed: wood floor, duct & cabinetry cleaning. I hired a crew of 3 for a full day. Henry, the crew lead, was a cleaning wizard. Incredible attention to detail. My #1 issue was the wood floor black marks from painter protective covering. He went through 4 floors, on his hands & knees, & removed every black mark. I checked his work 3 times, not a single mark missed. Henry went above & beyond the call of duty, making sure I was 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. Getting this clean right was *critical* to getting my home listed on MLS. Henry & his crew delivered. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend his team.

I urgently needed window cleaning to prep my home for MLS listing. A Homestars search found Bilal. He was one of the few to actually answer my phone call. Amazingly he came on site *the same day* & got a relatively small job done right away, with a great result at a good price. Highly responsive, prompt & didn't give me any crap about me wearing a respirator. I will use him for my new property on a much larger job as a result. Highly recommended. I needed an alarm system refresh for our home due to insurance requirements on a very short timeline. Having been through the wringer with several other large alarm companies, I did not want a large alarm company again to rent me equipment at exorbitant fees. I insisted on owning my equipment. I looked around, & saw the great reviews on HomeStars. I am here to tell you they are warranted. My first call dealing with Gabriel was awesome. No high pressure sales tactics, just a top flight technologist & good security sense - my kind of company. They accommodated my tight timeline. The installer was knowledgeable, professional & did an excellent job. He also accommodated my request to wear a mask with no issues, for which I am very appreciative. In the walk-through, I decided to add additional sensor points. No problem, he had stock in his truck (!!). No fuss, no muss, all working. I am very happy to have found this company, & thank them for their great customer service & responsiveness.

Chubb was a great company and I have been a 20 year customer. Since Edwards acquisition of the alarm business, it has gone downhill to the point where it is simply a disaster. Rapidly escalating yearly costs, on hold during emergency call ins, horrific maintenance experience and costs, and appalling customer service including full vmail boxes with no response to multiple calls and emails. I should have left years ago. What's below not recommended?
