LB replaced the igniter on our furnace at what seemed like a standard price. Just over a month later it burnt out at night when it was -5 outside. I called them and got through right away. I was told someone would call me back to arrange an emergency visit. I waited 40 min, no call back. I called back and was told that a 'higher up' would call me soon. No call back. I called a third time after waiting an hour. Again I was told that someone would call. And a fourth time. I eventually gave up and went to sleep (at 2am). woke up at 7, no missed calls. called again at 730, was told that they needed to check the schedule and would call me back to let me know when someone would be available. I waited an hour, got no call back and called another company who had someone over in 20 min. He told me that the igniter burnt out and I should call the people who installed it and find out if they warranty their work. So I call LB one more time and am told that they could replace the igniter but it would take a few days and there probably isn't even anyone who can come take a look at the furnace today anyway but she will check and give me a call back...
