We had two major floods in our basement and Floors Direct North was sent by our insurance company. I have to say that dealing with Martin and Jeannie was the highlight of a very stressful experience. Aside from being lovely people they were a tremendous help in choosing new flooring and dealing with the logistics of two different claims. The installers, Jay and Dell were great! Not only did they finish early, they did a fantastic job as well. I would highly recommend Floors Direct to anyone.
