The lid of a jar was stuck in the toilet. I got on line to Mr. Rooter and then a representative called me. The plumber was at my home within the hour. The entire job took an hour and a half ... a half hour over the plumber's shift. He was pleasant, professional and determined to get the lid out of the small, narrow passage which was in the toilet. Thanks again.
