They identified the problem immediately, took time to properly source the parts/materials, made a phone call to update me on the process, made an appointment and attended to the repair. Each of the guys that I dealt with were friendly, professional and really seemed to know their stuff. Highly recommend. They also did a couple of other repairs (replaced flap in TOTO toilet and fixed leak in outdoor pipe).

I called and left a message and the call was returned promptly. I was given an estimate within two days and I was able to book an appointment for the following week. My windows were thoroughly cleaned (even some tricky ones on the third floor) and the service provided was both professional and friendly. I will definitely use Stephen Whiteman Window Cleaning again - highly recommended!
