Recently installed smart lock. Now I can let my trades in and control who has access to my home. Love the alarm.com app and how easy it is to use. Pre-lock was very easy to deal with and charged me exactly what they quoted. No sunrises all good here

Our alarm started to beep in the middle of the night and woke up the whole house due to an extended power failure. We contacted the emergency help desk and they sent a technician over in about 1 hour. They replaced the battery and also checked some of the contacts to make sure everything was perfect.
