Carlos would be the worst person to do the business with. If you are a new customer, he will promise and do anything for you to get the money from you. When it comes to after sales service, forget him. He may never pick your phone and if you try from different numbers, he may pick it and do an empty promise. I got my blinds and shutters from this guy. Had problem with shutters, after not getting any support from him fixed it with a super glue on my own. My rollup blinds from maxxmar brand got ripped on their ownand this guy even after repeatedly saying that he is coming tomorrow or Saturday, never showed up. While selling he told me a five year warranty n these got ripped in 2.5 years. Here are some of my last text messages to him for everyone's reference: "Hi Carlos, man it might be easier to go moon than getting hold of you", "Can you pick up gour phone or call me, i am stuck here", after this my final message before i wrote off my blinds "I think i made the biggest mistake of my life when i listened to xxxx xxxx and took your services. The person who doesn't know after sales service, doesn't deserve to be in business" Guys beware, unless you want use and throw blinds, dont go with this company. There are plenty of others in market doing the same business and may give you after sales service.

I was in market for new Furnace and obtained quotes from many places. Chris from Convertible Heating and AirCon again provided me the best price for a Carrier high efficiency Furnance with an excellent Parts and Labour service for 10 years whereas everybody in competition couldn't beat this price. The installation crew was very nice, answered all my questions, gave some handy tips, took my old equipment away and replaced it with a new furnace in less than 2 hours. I bought a water heater from this company in 2017 and now a furnace. They have got me as a customer for life

I was looking to purchase a Rinnai Tankless water heater. Convertible Heating team (Sam and Chris) gave me the best quote. After I finalized the plan to purchase it, rest of the process was almost hassle free. Chris came for a site inspection the very next day and gave me 4 different payment options. I already had an existing rental Tankless heater which Convertible Heating's Technician team (Adam and Adam) uninstalled for me (free of cost) and installed theirs at the same location. The technicians were knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and I would contact them again when I would be in need for a furnace. Very professionally run business!!!
