We needed seasonal mouse prevention and treatment. Once again, Swat provided excellent service! Rob was a great communicator about his arrival time and his plan of action; he was friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of our property, and he identified and blocked up several potential entry points. He strategically placed a number of bait stations and made sure there was a mix of bait types for maximum success.

Emran removed our old gas range and installed our new one on fairly short notice. We are very pleased with his high quality of workmanship and customer service — he was efficient, thorough and a great communicator. He was very knowledgeable about our new range and took the time to explain its features etc. He was also super sweet with our 4 year old and explained what he was doing while she watched him work :)
