We moved our washer/dryer from the main floor into the basement, so needed 220V installed to accommodate that. Shane provided a very reasonable estimate and answered any questions we had. He made suggestions for future consideration as well, such as upgrading our current electrical panel to support expansion, but we never felt pressured to go ahead with these suggestions (genuine concern for clients as opposed to making a few more dollars). We moved our washer/dryer from the main floor into the basement, so needed plumbing and half-wall installed to accommodate that. We also asked to have a sink installed in the mudroom, where the washer/dryer used to be. And lastly, the plumbing on one side of the house made a "clunking" noise whenever the water was shut off in the bathrooms or kitchen; they installed shock absorbers (?? correct term) in the bathroom and new laundry plumbing which did the trick! Marc provided a very reasonable estimate and answered any questions we had. Stephen and Paul were fantastic, very professional and did a quality job. Kal and his team did a great job finishing our basement, it was easy to see the pride they take in their work. Kal and Corey were very approachable, they answered our questions whenever we had them and made sure that we understood every step of the project. We would hire MRS again.
