I recently hired Celine of TheRileyMode to assist with prepping a condo unit for sale. She provided excellent and timely input on all the materials and finishes including the wall colours, floor stain, tiles, lighting and more. She also staged the unit with furniture and accessories that helped showcase features and downplay shortcomings. We wanted to distinguish our unit in order to command a price more appropriate for the neighbourhood than recent sales in the same building and – with Celine’s help – achieved this goal. Throughout the process, she was full of ideas but also very collaborative, leaving lots of room for my own thoughts on design and helping me stay within my designated budget. I highly recommend Celine whether you want a little input or are looking for end-to-end full service.

My furnace started making noise when we turned it on in early October. I called Reliable and it took us a few days to coordinate a visit; however, based on the Homestars reviews, I thought they would be worth the wait - and I was right! The technician Chris arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and provided me with two options: repair ($700 - $900) or replacement ($1900). With an 11 year-old, bottom-of-the-line furnace I didn't choose, I opted for replacement and the 10-year warranty that comes with it. Two days later, two friendly, fast and efficient installers arrived, removed and took away the old furnace, installed the new furnace more quickly than expected, and cleaned up thoroughly. Great service with great prices - how can you beat that? I won't hesitate to use Reliable again and to recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.
