Nancy from Home Decor Staging and Interior Design was absolutely awesome! She definitely knows her stuff and executes with efficiency in every way. Our first appointment at the house was actually 6 months before the house went on the market. She quoted a price and stuck to it 6 months later. Nancy worked within our strict time lines and came prepared and was always on time for every visit. Her work was admired by many as potential buyers and agents came through the home. We ended up getting 4 offers on the home and sold it over the asking price. We will definitely use Nancy again and have already referred her to another agent.

Vista One is the real deal !!! They came promptly to our home once contacted to measure, quote and tell us all about their screens. We signed up on the spot for a double door screen and expected to wait a few weeks for the product. Less than one week later, Doug calls to say that the screen is ready for installation. Doug came to the house, installed the screen and made sure that his work area was spotless when he left. I can't say enough wonderful things about Vista One Inc. Hope the screen lives up to their high standards.

The Main Staircase of the house had not been painted in many years. It was really important that we got the right company as it is the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. WG Painting did an outstanding job prepping and painting the spindles, baluster, open and closed strings and risers. The staircase looks outstanding. Also, we had just completed a renovation and the painter the contractor hired did an unbelievably poor job. WG Painting came to the rescue again. They worked diligently to correct the mess that was left behind and made things right. Thank you WG Painting. We will use your services again and will refer you to others.

The first time we used Roger was in February, 2010. The Olympics were on and we bought a flat screen TV. We had three cabinets in the basement that matched and now needed a new stand for the TV that would somewhat match the other two cabinets. That did not work out well. We then asked Roger if he could build a stand from the existing old cabinet and he did just that. He did a fantastic job! He was timely and the price was very reasonable. We have since used him to secure and repair a terrible construction of front stairs to our house. He fixed them, sanded and painted and they look great. He then spent some time inside prepping walls for painting, building an attic hatch, redrywalling parts of two closets, painting and refinishing some hardwood floors. Did a great job in all categories! He even provided some quality custom made California shutters at a reasonable rate. Overall, Roger is a good solid, reliable renovator who knows what he is doing. He is professional and his rates are fair. We will continue to use him in the future.

Every now and then you find someone that is totally obsessed and amazing at what they do. Chris Wright is that person for animal removal. We first used Chris in 2008 when we discovered there were squirrels running around in the attic. Chris came over and actually built a one way exit cage for the squirrels to fit the point of entry, in his truck. We took great pleasure in actually watching all of this. Chris left and came back a few weeks later to remove the exit cage and repair the hole the squirrels had left behind. This past spring, more squirrels. This time they chewed through some eavestroughing and shingles to find their home. He did the same amazing job. When he returned to remove the cage and make repairs, it was very important to him that he had the right colour of shingles for his repair to the roof even though it would not be visible from the ground. We have recommended Chris to many people and will continue to do so. He is a star at what he does.

After cancelling my Boiler insurance with my gas supplier for very poor service, we needed someone to come yearly to clean the boiler. After looking on Homestars, I found Dwayne from Culzac. He answered the phone promptly and professionally and made an appointment to come to the house. His window of time for arriving at the home was only one hour, so, nobody had to wait home all day. He arrived exactly on time and did a better job than I had ever seen anyone else do on the boiler. His price was very competitive if not slightly less than others had quoted. Dwayne is our new "go to" guy when it comes to our furnace.
