I picked Home Vision because their reviews were impressive. Oleg delivered as promised. He really went over the job--to replace our 25 year old eavestroughs and to address some issues with draining efficiency. I had already had a previous estimate from someone recommended which wanted considerably more money and their quote included replacing not just the eavestroughs but putting in new eavestroughs with leafguards, but all the soffit and fascia. This came after the estimator just took a quick look at the job from my garage roof. Oleg arrived on time and impressed with his precision in checking out all the eavestroughs and the rooftops before even speaking to me. Even more impressive was the fact that he said that the soffit and fascia looked fine but if there was a problem, the workers would only replace what was necessary. He struck me as being honest, efficient and polite and his contract was detailed and educational. . The job was done on time, on schedule, with no mess, and a minimum of noise. Only $300.00 of soffit and fascia needed to be replaced. Clearly professionals. Not only did I save money but I got a superior job with no hassle. I highly recommend Oleg and Home Vision

Mahamat is a cheerful and high professional contractor. He answered my message for assistance within 5 minutes and came the next day right on time. He spent a good 30 minutes surveying the problem (the racoons were making a huge racket) and came back with photos and a highly detailed estimate that showed both the minimum needed to solve the problem and the maximum work needed to bar all possible entry point in the future. He explained the problem and used the pictures to illustrate what he planned to do. He has been in business for 12 years, so we accepted his lifetime warranty and were also impressed by other recommendation on Homestars. He worked for half an hour longer than he estimated and actually lowered the price when some things proved solvable in more reasonable ways. I found him incredibly polite, knowledgeable, concerned with our issue, and--this is unusual in many contractors--proud of what he does and eager to do it well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Darryl is a very involved owner who cares about delivering customer satisfaction. He planted 4 trees for us and 3, all of the same species, suddenly withered and died this spring. Even though we had not insured them, Darryl undertook to replace them a no cost. Just this week his crew, fully equipped with everything required to ensure proper planting, arrived with 3 trees of a species Darryl believed more suited to the soil and sun/shade of my backyard. You don't get this quality of service anywhere, and it comes with a smiling and knowledgeable man who knows how to care for trees and customers. I highly recommend Darryl

We needed more security and liked Protection Plus' profile. We wanted a top rated lock and they sold them. Everyone was highly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs locks installed. They use the best technology--Medeco or Multilock. They also install a device that keeps the door from bursting open when kicked, their video on this is very interesting.

Toilet was only two and half years old and not flushing at all. All my other toilets are perfect even though they are much older. Mr. Kochman came and diagnosed lime scale buildup. He said: "I aim to fix problems so well you don't see me again for the same issue." Returned two days later with industrial cleaner and fixed the entire problem and only charged for one service call even though he came twice and texted frequently to offer advice. Then, he called me to tell me that he had an identical problem with the same model and offered to discuss with the manufacturer and see if the entire unit could be replaced! Still in process, but main thing is (and I have had him for a tap issue as well): he is HONEST, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and doesn't waste your time or your money!
