First word to describe Pat and Danny is integrity which was they bring to the relationship. Add to that their commitment to doing things the right way and it made for a great project we are extremely happy with the result and we had some fun and laughs along the way. Their attention to detail was evident the day I walked in and saw the amount of site preparation that was done. Right then, you knew the construction was going to go well. Dannys knowledge and high standard of care comes thru in everything he does. From the products they use, surrounding themselves with exceptional trades, to going above and beyond to fix/upgrade other things in the house that were outside the scope of the project, things got done right and ahead of schedule. Communication and advice on all the decisions/selections was perfect right amount, right balance, and most of the time - the right recommendation. Strongly recommend them.

Project was a large deck on a walkout lot needing to be sanded and stained. Vincent was great to work with on the quote and job expectations. Jazhiel did a fantastic and detailed job on the sanding, prep and staining. Kept a clean job site over the course of the project. Moved all the patio furniture off the deck and came back to put it back up. Great Job!

Previous independent went out of business last fall and I called RHS to do the fall shut down. They responded quickly and did a great job. Look forward to using them again this year.

Feb 2013, had a sewer backup, guys came, snaked, videoed, cleared it and said our pipes under the basement floor had a low point and the floor needed to be busted up to fix. Said they'd be back to quote that job. Never heard from them again. Called to follow up and said they'd get back to me but no response. Just called and they said changed owners in April (son bought father out) so there was a change in policies and procedures -- I guess they decided not to follow up on what they said they would do. There were my go to plumber but will find someone who cares.

Peter & his guys did a great job preparing and staining our 2 story 500+ sq ft pressure treated deck. The deck was a few years old and was orginally stained DIY so the prep work was even more important! He kept the site clean and tidy and did a great job. Kept us informed of the schedule and was always accessible.
