James came to provide a quote. I liked what he said, as it confirmed his knowledge of the tree. When the date for tree trimming was arranged, David and his team came. They seemed to work well together. David's knowledge and suggestions jived as well. David did suggest to not fully cut back the backyard tree branches due to aesthetic purposes, but I still chose to. (Can see in picture how the cutting left an empty patch. No choice as fence was getting too much weight.) Crew cut the branches and one was missed. I pointed it out, and David was quick to review and handled it personally. They also did well cleaning up the sites. Generally, I felt I could trust to leave them alone to do their thing. Overall satisfied.

Had work done last year to update piping to code and change a shower cartridge. A bit over the price of another quote, but in any case went with this company. The team completed the updates the same day. There was a service fee for the quote, if I declined to go with them, but I am not certain where that was noted. Might be an industry standard, but would recommend including that when sending confirmations.
