Dwayne showed up promptly at 8:30 am, as promised, to get our fireplace back in working order. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly but replaced the thermopile and piezo electric starter, and cleaned the fireplace added new embers, and checked for carbon monoxide leakage (none!).
