We hired the Basement Builders in the summer to complete our unfinished basement in a 3 year-old house. They were punctual and communicated effectively to advise us of what to expect at every point through the process. We did a fairly specialized sound-isolation treatment in our basement, and Matt, Ben, and the Basement Builders were patient and collaborative as we addressed each piece of the build as it progressed. They indulged my whims and frequent course-reversals as we navigated the challenging landscape of building out double-layered, Green Glue inclusive ceiling and walls. I felt as though they were interested in my vision for the project, and consequently invested in the product I wanted. I had a chance to converse with many of their sub-trades, and they were all wonderful to deal with - I was genuinely impressed by the caliber of labour they're able to attract. Although there were some delays, Matt and Ben managed the communication and set expectations so effectively that we were never left wondering "what's next?". I strongly recommend working with the Basement Builders as they've got an incredibly well-oiled machine that keeps focus on the customer's needs and wants, a rare quality with any vendor these days.

Ryan and team did an exceptional job with our landscaping and deck. Not only was their craftsmanship top notch, but their attention to detail took the whole project from great to excellent. Would highly recommend Ryan and New Look.
