I contacted Stadtke just before Christmas due to lack of heat in one zone of our hydronic system. They responded immediately, and promised to have a service rep call, which didn't happen for a while (I did tell them it wasn't an emergency, and it was also around Christmas). I called again after Christmas, and this time they scheduled an appointment right away, were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and our syetam is working well again.
