I was in the process of replacing the flooring in my century-old house and decided to replace the bulky and short of code railing at the same time. Christopher created a solution that worked with our budget and matched our staircase railing. The work was also scheduled and completed ahead of a family event. The new railing is lighter in the space and much safer than the original.

It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team from Jii Fine Homes in renovating our kitchen. His quote was reasonable and there were no costly surprise issues. Unusual for our near century old house. The kitchen was completely reconfigured to accommodate a new island and move the range to an exterior wall for proper venting. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and walls had to be moved. A gas line was added for the new range. The work of all related trades was top notch. Our kitchen was functional in a surprising amount of time. Jims personal attention to detail is amazing. We now have the kitchen of our dreams.
