Fairly detailed inspection. Inspection report was used effectively against seller to cut down price. Also a useful reference for various parts of the house that needed to repair after purchasing.

Had a couples of shingles missing; The other company on Homestar quoted me an outrageous amount of 1250 while Elite Roofing gave me a realistic price of 350. Very good work done.
