I've asked for Ed's service several times. This latest was a service call for the air-conditioner. But I've asked him to come as emergency to look at the furnace in the coldest night of the winter. And I've asked him for a bigger job of furnace relocation/duct re-route after my basement reno. Ed and his team was great. I trust them on all HVAC related work.
