Sunday morning our washing machine died mid-cycle; Monday morning we arrived at Ben's Appliances (a return visit) after researching Maytag washing machines on-line. Our salesperson, Russ, was knowledgeable and arrangements were made to pick-up our new washing machine on Friday. On Wednesday, we received a follow-up call from Matt of Ben's enquiring whether or not they could drop off the washer instead as they were going to be in the area anyways. What a great and welcome surprise and of course, we said YES!! We would highly recommend Ben's Appliances a.k.a. The Maytag Store.
