Definitely positive positive POSITIVE experience with RR team, two thumps up!!! From the first response to the end of installation, service was professionally well done, efficient and friendly staff. I love my garage opener, good recommendation of the brand. No more weight lifting everyday with the garage door anymore.

Inspector Michael’s inspection was done in a very professional manner and he was efficient and patient. Every inspected area was described in detail in a digital report. At the end of inspection, Michael would review the inspected areas and explain in detail. I am very pleased with Michael’s inspection. I had hired him twice and already referred him to a friend. My friend was very impressed with how detail the digital report showed. The cost of inspection may seems high but it is well worth it if you want a good inspector to do a proper detail inspection.
