Last winter I renovated my 4 year old Mattamy townhome and used Miskas Wood Products for my baseboard, trim and door casings. Miskas offers primed Finger-Jointed pine trim for less cost than MDF equivalent at A big box store. I ended up using the 7-1/4” colonial baseboard and 3-1/2” door casing with backband. Long story short I sold my townhouse 6 months later and the new owner commented about why she chose my house, mostly the many updates I had done including THE 7-1/4” BASEBOARD!!! I now have a century home under renovations and I already used a skid of rough cut T&G pine from the Miskas Seconds Yard to line my garage walls and ceiling. The solid pine that Marta recommended cost me less per square foot than 1/2” plywood would have. Soon I will be buying trim for inside the house and I know where I will be going. The best part is they will even deliver at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again Miskas!
